Delete your account
There are two kinds of Tankersathi account. Find yours below.
Business owners (the Tankersathi app)
The fastest way is in the app itself:
This removes, immediately and permanently:
- Your business profile
- All customers
- All orders
- All expenses
- Any booking requests customers sent you
- Your logo or tanker photo
- All receipt images
- Your public booking link
- Your login itself
Nothing is kept. This cannot be undone and there is no way to recover any of it.
No access to the app?
Message WhatsApp 7813899016 from the phone number your account uses, and ask us to delete your account. We will confirm and complete the deletion within 7 days.
Customers who book online
If you created an account by signing in with Google on book.tankersathi.com, message WhatsApp 7813899016 with the Google account email address you used.
We will remove your customer profile — your name, phone number and delivery address — and the login itself. Your bookings stay in the records of the suppliers you booked from, because those delivery records belong to them, not to us. Each of those records keeps the name, phone number and address you gave when you booked.
